Presents getting to grips with the curriculum: Is our curriculum ambitious? How can we help our pupils know more and remember more? What principles do we need to implementing the curriculum? How do we know if our pupils have learnt what we intended? Which underrated strategies help improve outcomes for pupils?

Curriculum Speakers

Greg Botrill explores why it is critical to make time and space for children to show us who they are through innate creativity, curiosity and wonder.

Christopher Such presents an essential guide to the evidence underpinning reading instruction, looking at phonics, fluency and comprehension.

Jon Hutchinson will set out in this session how teachers may already be naturally teaching both substantive and disciplinary knowledge, and how they can do so with intentionality and confidence.

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the training date or non attendance will be subject to a 100% charge. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the training date will not be charged.
